Dispatcher-ready records
Every incident carries a tracked number, severity, category, zone, and full timeline of notes — searchable across the event and after.
Secure public report intake
Issue per-event report links to staff, venues, and authorized contacts so they can file incidents without a login. Access is scoped to the event.
Client-level administration
Each Kewley client gets their own events, users, and role boundaries. Operators only see what their engagement requires.
Post-event PDF reporting
Generate clean client-ready PDFs for the whole event or for a single incident — consistent, archivable, and ready to hand off.
Audit trail by design
Status changes, assignments, and notes are logged with timestamps. Audit access is restricted to roles that need it.
